These general terms and conditions take effect upon entering into a reservation. Main guest The person who has booked at Wellnessappartement 't Wechtertje via a contact form, e-mail or by telephone. The main guest must be 18 years or older and is responsible for his or her fellow guests and must have a permanent place of residence. Administrator The person who, as the owner of Wellnessappartement 't Wechtertje or manages the owner of Wellnessappartement' t Wechtertje. Third parties Any other legal person who is not a guest, manager or owner. Wellness apartment' t Wechtertje 1.1 Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje is described on the websites: www.wellnesswechtertje .nl This website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and / or photos presented on the website and the current situation at Wellnessappartement 't Wechtertje at the time of our guests' visit. No rights can be derived from such differences by guests. 1.2 All rooms are suitable for two people. Pets are not allowed, for hygiene reasons. 1.3 On the day of arrival, your wellness apartment is available from 3 p.m. You can check in until 6 pm. The agreed arrival times are target times, but if you arrive much later, you run the risk that nobody from the wellness apartment is present. We can, however, ensure that you can enter at any time. If you cannot be present at the indicated time, please inform us as soon as possible. Deviating times are only possible in consultation. Due to the cleaning of the rooms you have to leave them before 11.00 am on the day of departure. On the morning of departure, the wellness area can no longer be used after 8 a.m. 1.4 The Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje includes bed linen and towel package. There is also a kitchen towel package. Towels and bathrobes are provided in the wellness area. Read the instructions carefully before using the saunas and jacuzzi. The use / entry is at your own risk. Mandatory costs Upon arrival you have to pay a € 150 deposit in cash. Final cleaning costs € 60 per stay (contact must be met on departure, can be deducted from the deposit if the wellness apartment is in order) Possible costs Minibar (pay in cash on departure) Barbecue cleaning costs € 15 (contact must be met on departure) 1.5 The car can be parked on our own property, in a parking space specially reserved for our guests. Parking is entirely at your own risk. 1.6 Bicycles can be rented through Wellnessappartement ´t Wechtertje. Please make this known when booking. 1.7 The manager informs you which rooms at Wellnessappartement 't Wechtertje are available and usable for you. The private areas may not be accessed by guests. The outside area also has partitions from private use, it is greatly appreciated if you do not enter the private areas. 2. Prices 2.1 The prices of the rooms are described on our website: www.wellnesswechtertje.nl Prices include use of towels and bed linen, water and electricity, coffee, tea and tourist tax. 2.2 The prices do not include the costs of a cancellation and / or travel insurance that you must arrange yourself. Cleaning costs, minibar and barbecue and / or other costs. 2.3 Prices of Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes. 2.4 All statements on our websites are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim changes. Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje is not bound by obvious errors on its websites. 3. Reservation and payment 3.1 Reservations are made via the website, by e-mail via info@wellnesswechtertje.nl or via telephone number 06-15562654. 3.2 After a reservation request has been made you will receive a message from us as soon as possible with the relevant details and whether the Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje is still available for you. You must check this data properly after receipt. 3.3 At least three weeks before your stay, the down payment, being fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, must be transferred to bank account number: NL28RABO0342670093 in the name of AA Wienen-Timmerman. The remaining outstanding amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. For short-term reservations, the amount must first be paid in cash upon arrival. In the unlikely event that nothing has been received after the agreed period, the reservation made will be canceled immediately. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation from Wellnessappartement 't Wechtertje. 3.4 Gift vouchers Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 1 year from the invoice date or record a planned date within the year of the invoice date. The gift voucher can be transferred to third parties. For gift vouchers and no-show or cancellation, the cancellation conditions apply. 4. Cancellation conditions. 4.1 When a definitive reservation for the Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje has been made and confirmed, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation: - If canceled more than 14 days in advance, cancellation is free. - For cancellations from 14 days to 10 days before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 25%. - For cancellations from 9 days to 6 days before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 50%. - If canceled 5 days or less before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 100%. In order to be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, you must notify us of the cancellation as soon as possible by e-mail. After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible, but no later than within 21 days. No refund will be made for early departure, you will also owe cancellation costs if you do not show up. (No Show) 4.2 Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje can only cancel the booking agreement in the following cases: in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale. In one of these cases the owner will send the guest an alternative offer as soon as possible. If this is not possible or if the guest does not accept the alternative offered, the full amount will be refunded. Any other damage resulting from the cancellation will not be reimbursed by the owner. 5. Complaints 5.1 We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Despite our good care, it is still possible that you have a complaint or comment. In order to resolve this properly, we ask that you make this known to us as soon as possible on site, via e-mail or telephone contact. 6. Liability 6.1 Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the relevant apartment with wellness, the guest indemnifies Wellness apartment' t Wechtertje against claims in this regard. Wellnessappartement 't Wechtertje is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation such as disruptions and power outages, WiFi, water facilities and technical installations as well as non-announced or untimely announced construction and / or road works in the vicinity of Wellnessappartement' t Wechtertje. 6.2 Wellnessappartement 't Wechtertje accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and / or goods during or as a result of the stay in the relevant apartment and wellness area of ​​Wellnessappartement' t Wechtertje. 6.3 The main guest named in the booking confirmation is responsible for an orderly procedure in and around the room (s) and wellness area concerned. The items must be handled with care, so the room must be left tidy and decent. This also applies to the use of things in the apartment: the kitchen, bathroom and wellness area and the outside area of ​​Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje. Breakage or damage must therefore be reported directly to the owner by the guest. Any repair and / or replacement costs must be immediately reimbursed by the guest to the owner at his first request. If it turns out afterwards after checking out that things have been broken and this has not been reported to the owner, the bill for the repair and / or replacement costs incurred will follow. For this we ask a deposit of € 150 to be paid in cash upon arrival. 7. Safety 7.1 In connection with your own safety and that of Wellnessappartement 't Wechtertje, it is forbidden to smoke inside or to use an open fire in the rooms and wellness area. This is only permitted in the garden around Wellness apartment 't Wechtertje. The misuse of fire / extinguishing agents or the disabling of the smoke detector is not permitted. 7.2 Other facilities in the yard must be used by guests with care and in accordance with the destination. The safety of any small child must be guaranteed by the parents or guardians. Think of pets, locks, cars, tractors, shovel, lawn mower, horse-drawn carriages - surrounding motorways, cycle paths, etcetera. 7.3 It is not permitted to feed the animals in the yard without consultation. The sheep receive grass and special chunks for sheep. They can get sick from vegetable residues and bread. 8. Final provision 8.1 Insofar as private international law does not provide otherwise, the present conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Non-Dutch speaking guests are deemed to agree with the terms and conditions. 8.2 All disputes arising from the user agreement or these terms and conditions will in the first instance be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands, insofar as the rules of private international law do not provide otherwise. 8.3 None of the parties can transfer its rights and obligations to third parties, unless otherwise specified in the present conditions. 8.4 If and insofar as any provision in the user agreement and the present terms and conditions appears to be invalid, the other terms and conditions will remain in force and the invalid article will be deemed to have been converted in such a way that it is brought into line with the apparent intentions of the parties.
